Awaken Her Within is a sacred, 5-day summer program designed to empower young women ages 14 to 21 through the spiritual tools of yoga, breathwork, sacred ritual, and sisterhood.

This time in a young woman’s life can often feel confusing, overwhelming, or uncertain—especially under the weight of social pressure and the rapid changes of adolescence and early adulthood. This training offers a grounded, nurturing path back to the wisdom of nature and the power within. By attuning to the ancient elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—participants are guided toward solace, courage, and joy, reconnecting with their body, breath, voice, and spirit.

Each day explores one elemental theme through:

•   Yoga Asana (embodiment and strength)

•   Breathwork & Mudras (self-regulation and subtle awareness)

•   Mantra & Sacred Sound (devotional voice)

•   Symbolism & Ritual (spiritual connection)

•   Journaling & Sharing Circles (self-expression and community)

•   Creative and Restorative Practices (integration and nourishment)

No prior yoga experience is needed. This inclusive, non-residential training is a loving space to feel seen, supported, and spiritually enriched at a pivotal stage in life. The final session, just before the school year begins, allows participants to close the summer with intention, clarity, and inner power.

At Kirtan Camp you will enjoy good company while dedicating hours to singing kirtan and to learning deeply about the ancient practices of Kirtan and Bhakti (Love).

*This retreat will include daily morning Hatha & Bhakti yoga sessions with Nubia.
